選購前請客人留意這是淺烘焙，此豆強調水果類風味，包括源自咖啡果實中的酸度，類別為淺焙風格，若想以義式咖啡機用Espresso方式沖煮，因爲濃縮了關係，酸度同時亦會較高，另外爲被免萃取過快引至風味不足問題，我們建議將磨豆器的研磨度調整為比深焙設定更細，以得到更佳風味，敬請留意！

當然除非是特別喜好作淺焙特濃(Light Roast Espresso)方式，否則可作美式咖啡或建議用手沖以1:15或1:16 (例如18g粉288ml水)來沖煮，並展現其風味平衡和層次。

為保持風味，請在烘豆日計四個月內享用。

Let's have a walk at the botanical garden, feel the nature's vibe, and then sit down for a cup of floral tea. We want to create a calming and soothing coffee experience by including two types of Ethiopian beans that is full of citrus, floral and a touch of stone fruit for the feeling of nature's blossom.
