Under normal instance, delivery shall be done within 7 working days upon confirmation of order. SENS offers delivery service from Monday to Saturday (10:00am to 6:00pm), except public holidays, to any address within Hong Kong area.
In order to take into account the needs of customers from different regions, we will regularly review and actively expand the scope of delivery, hoping to let more customers enjoy our delivery service.
Delivery service is not available at restricted areas, non-permanent address, frontier closed areas, outlying islands, warehouse and premises which are not accessible by elevator.
Designated outlying island areas including Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and Tung Chung, may subject to additional charge. However, other outlying islands (such as: Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, and Hong Kong International Airport) are currently out of our service coverage area.
If elevator is not available at the premises / out-of-service when the time of delivery, additional stair charge may applies for each floor except the ground floor (every ten steps in sum will regarded as an individual floor).
Regarding the charges of delivery and other additional charges, these shall be paid on cash to the delivery staff directly.

If you choose self pick-up, please pick up your purchased good(s) within 5 working days after order confirmation at our Tsuen Wan shop during opening hours.
All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars inclusive of the duty tax at the prevailing rate and offered in Hong Kong unless stated otherwise.
Adverse Weather Arrangement:
Delivery services shall delay when typhoon signal, a red or black rainstorm warning is hoisted; or such other weather conditions whereby delivery is considered unsafe.
In this event, customer will be contacted to reschedule delivery time.
Losses & Breakage:
Customers are requested to inspect all goods immediately upon delivery, and shall notify us forthwith for any shortage or damage. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left outside at the customer's request.
Any report of damage or shortage shall not be accepted once if the delivery documents are signed and chopped.
Exchange & Refund Policy:
All goods are offered subject to remaining unsold and subject to our confirmation. All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
In case of any dispute, SENS.COFFEE reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.
