此特配豆令人聯想起傳統法式可麗露的焦糖、杏仁糖,中後段如香草般的甜感和冧酒香,彷似味蕾上的一場法式糕點盛宴。展現甜美的同時,猶如優雅的糕點一樣表現出良好的平衡,美好的滋味治癒人心。

The golden shadow of candle light reflects through the brass ornament, the warm sound of marimba echoes through dreamy space with style. Le Canelé reminds of the old Bordeaux pâtisseries with glistening pastries and canelé bewitched to a dark gold. We want to create such atmosphere with the traditional canelé flavor of caramel, almond praline and vanilla-like sweetness with a hint of dark rum.

手沖建議:

這款豆口感比較濃郁,如果用手沖沖煮 (中研磨,水粉比1:15或1:16),建議沖煮時間大概介乎在2分鐘在右而不超過2分30秒之間完成以避面過度萃取

Hand Drip Suggestions:

It is a full bodied bean, we recommend the ideal brewing (medium grind) timeframe is about 2min but not more than 2:30 to have a balanced extraction.
